I handle post judgment relief cases such as petitions for factual innocence, in certain circumstances clearing up arrest records or cases that have been dismissed after filing, in addition to reducing felonies to misdemeanors, as well as expungements – modifying your record for job purposes.
I also represent individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others. My experience as a civil litigator for personal injury matters includes cases such as car accidents, rear-end collisions, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, recreational accidents, slip and fall accident, dog bites, premises liability issues and more.
Furthermore, I have been petitioning for and defending against civil and domestic restraining orders and protective orders for over twenty five years. I have been involved in over a hundred restraining order hearings.
I have tried these cases throughout California and have consistently provided results-oriented, reliable, and cost-effective representation for my clients.
PERSONAL MESSAGE
As a boy growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, I can remember my father telling me about my grandfathers who worked all their lives in the coal mines and railroad yard. I am conscious and aware and grateful for the hard work of those who preceded me which now affords me the privilege of practicing law. I understand that your case will have a profound impact on your life. I take that responsibility the same way I would want a lawyer to take my case. We realize it is your case, involving your life, and ultimately your decision as to how and when to resolve or try your case and we will always respect your decision.EDUCATION
